The World of Plant Based Cheeses! (Friday Evening)

Plant based cheeses have come a long way. So many families have individuals who cannot have or prefer not to have dairy. For me, it’s that wish to include everyone, along with my love of variety, that got me going with plant based cheeses!
Join the wonderful guest teacher Allison Rowe (vegan chef extraordinaire) and me for 3 hours of tasting and making at least 4 different plant based cheeses including spreadable & meltable options.
Your $75 class registration includes all materials, recipe booklet, and take home samples of each cheese.
