Are you feeling a little bout of spring fever and ready to make some improvements in your life?
Sure, the typical spring cleaning routine we all know and love is a fantastic way to refresh our homes as we walk into a new season.
But let’s go one step further and give our lives a spring refresh, shall we?
During our Life Refresh Series, we’ll spend five weeks looking at specific areas of life we can spruce up and improve, one week at a time. You may have fallen off track with your new year resolutions, and now is a perfect time to get back in the saddle and start walking down the path to your goals.
We’ll be going over refreshing your:
– food habits,
– kitchen,
– sleeping habits,
– movement routine, and
– mindset!
There will be a live kick off call, a beautiful workbook, weekly emails with the topic and instruction for the week, and daily posts in our secure private group chat to encourage you and keep you on track.
The program is hosted on my secure practice platform so no need to be a social media user to participate!
