North America “discovered” fresh mozzarella in the last decade or so and embraced it with an open heart. You will learn how to make your own, and lots of different ways to use it (if it lasts that long!). We will enjoy ours on home made pizza starting with fresh dough, and we will introduce you to the delights of flammkuchen; a regional specialty from both sides of the Rhine close to where I lived in Germany. It can be served savoury, or as a dessert! Mozzarella is a little more involved than some of the other cheeses we teach, but still easy enough to make and enjoy at home. I like to do a high summer date for this class so we can top our pizzas with local produce at the peak of sun warmed ripeness!!!

$75 includes all materials and your meal, with the exception of wine with dinner if you choose to bring some along.
*All classes are running depending on current regulations. If a class has to be cancelled or postponed for these reasons, you can move your registration to another/later class or ask for a full refund. If you cancel for reasons of your own less than 3 days before class, significant expenses have already been incurred, but we will still happily give you a $50 credit towards another class AND send you the recipe/instruction booklet for the class you had to miss.
