Over the years I watched my Mom wow and satisfy so many family members and friends with her delicious homemade soups and breads. For centuries the norm in every household, home made cheese curds, soups, breads and (bonus!) butter have all become exotic specialty items. Well, we are going to make them all! Yes, even the butter! Fresh cultured butter on fresh bread is going to knock your socks off! We will make 3 favourite soups, a crusty and a sandwich bread, consider other things one can do with curds (poutine anyone? Recipe provided!), and feast on our creations.
What better way to spend the Sunday after Valentines Day with someone you love? Or just eating things you love!
