Flavours of India! Easy Home Cheesemaking Class: Paneer

Nothing wakes up the taste buds like the complex and delicious flavours of Indian Food! This is a repeat class, as per popular request! (Secret! this is the very easiest of the easy home cheeses and can be made without any special equipment at all! Not even a thermometer!!). Paneer is an incredibly versatile cheese with many uses beyond Indian cuisine, which we will talk about while we also prepare everyone’s favourite: Mattar Paneer, with basmati rice pilau and a raita to feast on together at the end of the class. As always there will be bonus recipes and support materials for planning an Indian dinner!

$75 includes all materials, supplies and the meal.
*All classes are running depending on current regulations. If a class has to be cancelled or postponed for these reasons, you can move your registration to another/later class or ask for a full refund. If you cancel for reasons of your own less than 3 days before class, significant expenses have already been incurred, but we will still happily give you a $50 credit towards another class AND send you the recipe/instruction booklet for the class you had to miss.
