Fire Up the Grill! Easy Home Cheesemaking Class: Haloumi

**SOLD OUT** Haloumi ( sometimes known as “grilling cheese”) is a firm, non melting, salty cheese that can be grilled or panfried and is a perfect pairing with fresh summer veggies! We are going to make Haloumi, make some condiments, then fire up the grill for a burger, kebab & veggies supper! Burgers will be both vegetarian and local meat; and we will share our Mimi’s Cafe burger bun recipe! We will eat al fresco, weather permitting!

$75 includes all materials and your meal, with the exception of wine/beer/cider with dinner if you choose to bring some along.
*All classes are running depending on current regulations. If a class has to be cancelled or postponed for these reasons, you can move your registration to another/later class or ask for a full refund. If you cancel for reasons of your own less than 3 days before class, significant expenses have already been incurred, but we will still happily give you a $50 credit towards another class AND send you the recipe/instruction booklet for the class you had to miss.
*Since the restrictions on gathering size this summer are not yet known, and in order to increase distance in class, I’m temporarily limiting registration to 6.
