Over the course of the 4 hours, we will prepare fresh ricotta cheese, make a tomato sauce from scratch (winter version!) Then we will use our creations to put together an Italian themed meal (including a divine ricotta mousse for dessert!) which we will enjoy together at the end of the class. Co-taught with the wonderful Mimi (formerly of Mimi’s Cafe, AKA my daughter Emily) who learned her Italian cooking skills directly during the years she lived there.

$95 (or $170 for two) includes all supplies, hands on instruction, some ricotta and whey to take home, how to plan an Italian themed dinner, bonus recipes & the shared meal.
